I'm not big on drawing cats or smilies on my nails, so complex French manicures ( including shanghai version and etc) and geometric patterns are my goto nail designs.
You don't have to search high and low these particular colors, it is easy to find similar shades and use polka dot or similar type of black glitter top coat to achieve very similar effect!

Here we have a complex blushing rose nude color by El Corazon with black specks with a black nail tip some by using Aurelia 128
I loooove the dark muted appearance of this combo!
