As I said before, hammering of precious metals gave me plenty of new ideas.
And surely, first thing came to head was to implement words and phrases into my designs.
So-called statement pendants are so fun to sketch and even more fun to wear!
You don't even have to wonder which phrase came to life at first :)))
This little ruse used here, to highlight the statement, I framed it in a antiqued twisted and hammered copper ring:
Ok, and just one more "panoramic" picture :)))
So, what do you think about it?
Would you like one
with your own statement? ;)
Can you do equations??
ReplyDeleteI totally love that! What kind of hammer are you using? I think it's very hard to twist a wire into such small details! How long did it take you to do this pendant?
ReplyDelete2James: OH YES! But you better be careful which one you are gonna choose! One thing is to wear "Lucky" or "Name" pendant, and quite another to choose a equation - it will say SO MUCH about you, my friend! Wrong equation can almost ruin your reputation :)))))
ReplyDelete2"I totally love" author: God, thanks! You elevated my day :)) Actually, hammering took just a couple of minutes. Overall, I guess I spent about 20 minutes. But then embellishing, adding crystals, you know.. That takes time.
ReplyDeleteFunny, that I first made "Tows" and only after looking at it for a couple of minutes realized letters are in the wrong order :)))
